Vision
The vision of the South Central Regional Airport Authority is for Clark Regional Airport to be recognized as a vital, self-supporting transportation link contributing to the improved economic climate of the region.
Board Meetings
The South Central Regional Airport Authority Board meets the fourth Wednesday of every month in an Open Session at 12:00 pm at the
South Central Regional Airport Authority office
6003 Propeller Lane, Sellersburg, Indiana.
There is also an Executive Session prior to each meeting at 11:00 am which is closed to the public. If the date, time, and/or place of a regularly scheduled meeting is changed, notice of such change will be posted at the SCRAA Office.
Pursuant to Indiana Code § 8-22-3, minutes of each meeting are available for viewing at the SCRAA offices, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

John Secor
Airport Manager
This name may sound familiar as John is also a member of the South Central Regional Airport Authority Board. John was appointed Interim Airport Manager in April of 2015, and appointed Airport Manager in June of 2015. John brings a wealth of knowledge to his new position through his experience as a pilot himself. He has been a user/tenant of Clark Regional Airport for 15 years. He has been involved in General and Commercial aviation for 37 years, and is currently a Boeing 767 Captain as well as a Check Airman/Instructor for UPS. Through this combined experience, John has proven to be a very valuable asset to the Clark Regional Airport.
